Have you ever tried giving up fast food such as McDonalds because of the amount of calories it has, but couldn't? Well here are a few good tips to cut calories and yet enjoy that hamburger that you've been craving.

Tip#1: Replace the bun with low calorie bread such as Wonderbread Wonder Light Wheat(40cal each slice) or SaraLee 45 calories & delightful bread(45cal each slice wheat or white).

For example, the big and tasty bun amounts to 170 calories!
If you were to replace it with these breads, the calories would amount to:
WonderBread Light Wheat: (510-170)+80= 420
SaraLee 45 Calories: (510-170)+90= 430

Tip#2: Go without Mayo

Mayo= 50 Calories

If you plan to get it with cheese, try not to have mayo in it. Cheese overtakes the flavor of the Mayo. If you can't taste it, what's the point of getting it?

Here's a thought:
Mayo is no less than 50 calories in that Big n' Tasty. The employees might not even measure the amount they put in it. You might be consuming more than you think.

Tip #3: Go without the cheese or replace the cheese with Kraft Fat Free American Cheese (30 caloires)

The American Cheese in the Big N' Tasty = 50 calories

WonderBread Light Wheat w/o mayo: (510-170)+80= 420-50= 370-50=320

SaraLee 45 Calories w/o mayo: (510-170)+90= 430-50= 380-50=330

w/Fat Free Kraft American Cheese

WonderBread Light Wheat w/o mayo: (510-170)+80= 420-50= 370-50=320+30=350

SaraLee 45 Calories w/o mayo: (510-170)+90= 430-50= 380-50=330+30=360

Conclusion

In the end, if you switch the bun for low calorie bread, go without mayo, replace the cheese, you would have eaten about 160-150 calories less.
Lower if you go without the cheese.
About 190-180 calories less!

You may think that 150 or 180 calories isn't much of a difference, but calories due add up!

Please excuse my valley girl accent, but OMG this is like one of the best moisturizing lotion that I have ever used. LIKE OH MY GOSH. Okay, I'm done with the valley girl accent. So anywayz, this really is a great moisturizer. I use it for my daytime skin care routine. I ran out so I'm planning to buy more, this time maybe the big bottle. I first used this during my "Disgusting Skin" phase. I think this was the main product that improved my overall texture. My skin went back to normal(way more hydrated than normal) and the wrinkles were gone. I only use this during the day time because I did notice that it doesn't absorb to the skin well. It gives off a dewyish look. A little dewier look than I prefer, but it still looks nice. I don't like my face to have any excess at night time and every time I apply this, it really does feel like I have excess products on my face. It doesn't feel heavy but it does give off some weight on the face.

Drinking the right amount of water a day isn't as easy as it sounds. I use to drink less than 4 glasses of water a day. Way less then what I'm suppose to be drinking. When I told myself to consume more, it was a hard change. Mainly because drinking too much water makes me feel like I'm going to throw up. I started slowly and eventually started to drink more than 8 glasses a day. I did notice a lot of changes after drinking the recommended amount of water. It made my skin a lot more hydrated, my lips were less chapped, less food cravings, and I shed off some weight.

Here's my water drinking routine:

• 2 glasses(8oz each) of water in the morning as soon as I wake up
• Drink from any 20oz bottle(more than 2 glasses of water) while eating breakfast
• Drink from any 20oz bottle while eating lunch
• Drink from any 20oz bottle while having an afternoon snack
• 1 glass of water before working out
• Drink from any 20oz bottle while working out
• Drink from any 20oz bottle while eating dinner

amount of water consumed= 124oz

Tips:

• Get a water bottle that you can use to refill water with(recycle/reuse!)
• If you don't usually drink the recommended amount of water a day(8 glasses), start by adding a glass of water to your diet every two days until you get to the recommended amount.
• Gaining water weight is WAY better than actually gaining "fat" weight.
  
• Don't be afraid to gain water weight for the first few days. It'll eventually flush away a long with the rest of the toxins that's been with you for so many years.

During my "Disgusting Skin" phase, I had used this product to help calm my face. It's very gentle and really softens the face. The texture is water based and does not foam at all. I wasn't wearing any makeup when I used this so I wouldn't know if it does remove makeup like it claims. My skin did not feel tight nor dry. I chose this product because it had great reviews on makeupalley and it was gentle. I was using topical medications at the time. Topical medications causes dryness. This however prevented my skin from drying out. I would buy again if I ever get any kind of allergic reaction. It's so gentle and it didn't add up to the irritation that I had.

Shiseido Pureness is a great line. The smell is very fresh and not overpowering. When I first used it, it was during my "Disgusting Skin Phase". My skin was very irritated to the point that I was prescribed prednisone and had to take benadryl. My left eye was a bit swollen and my skin texture completely changed. It was VERY bumpy ALL over my face which was spreading down my neck and I had rashes below my chin. I had some sort of allergy reaction from a product that I had used the night before. The weather condition had made it a lot worse. After the allergies started to calm down a bit, I noticed that the bumps left my skin looking "wrinkled". It looked bad. A long with the other products that I bought, this was one of them. The toner is alcohol free so I didn't have to worry about any kind of drying. It did soften my face and enhanced the moisturizer that I had used.

I won't buy this again because it was great, but it wasn't that great. It didn't improve my complexion but it did help my face become less tight after cleansing. It does what it says, it softens, but that's all it does.

Can't say I'm a huge fan of Forever 21 even though I buy clothes from that store a lot. It's mainly because of the quality. I noticed that after it's first wash, the clothes are already ruined. mainly tops. So back to the pants. These pants are so comfortable. It's almost like wearing legging's because of the fabric, but it's way thicker than leggings. It's made of rayon, nylon, and spandex. Even though it's pretty long, I still like it because it scrunches up on the bottom so it doesn't drag because of the small opening. I like wearing it with a long shirt or blouse making it look like as if it were leggings. The big plus is that it does stretch.

A little bit does go a long way for this cleanser if you add a lot of water. I usually use about one and half pumps. It's creates a little foam upon adding water. The scent sort of reminds me of wine. I'm not a big fan of wine. Other than the scent, it didn't make my face so dry. I use this as a morning cleanser despite the smell. Usually goes away after applying my other skin care products so it doesn't bother me so much. I love St. Ives and the prices are very reasonable. Great quality as well. I used this after discontinuing the Etude House Happy Teatime Cleansing Foam in Peach Tea. It really lessened the irritation and made my skin somewhat moisturized. A great product, but after running out, I don't think I'm going to buy it again. I can't get passed the scent, but I will use up the bottle to save myself some money. I will buy from the same brand but not the same product.

it gives off a dryish smell. Sort of Hard to Explain.

The scent is sweet peach. It's a nice textured cleansing foam and you only have to use a little bit. A little goes a long way. A little added water makes it super foamy.

I don't know about this product. I can't say I don't like it... I love the smell. Being that my skin is so sensitive, I have to be very picky on what I use. I like the smell but I don't like the effect. It really dried out my skin. Just like the Skin Food Lettuce & Cucumber Water Jelly Cream, it caused an irritation and changed the texture of my skin making it bumpy. I think this cleanser is what really caused the bumpy texture and the Skin Food Lettuce & Cucumber Water Jelly Cream irritated it more. I completely stop using it after the first week. It was just too drying.

I wouldn't suggest it for those with drier skin, but if you have oily skin, this might work for you.

My current phone and I'll never look back. The iPhone is the second best thing that have ever happened to me. I love it love it LOVE IT. It's basically a mini computer/phone/game console/etc. Even though I don't use it for the apps, I usually use it for my emails, the calculator, alarm, calendar, and of course as a phone. It's very convenient since I'm really lazy to turn on my laptop so I usually surf the web with it. If I forget my mp3 player to connect to my car aux cable, I just plug in my iPhone. It's very nice to have and fun to play with. People don't understand why iPhone users love it so much. They'll never understand until they have one for themselves. It's just really fun to have! The iPhone is a deal package.

P.S. The camera isn't all that great, don't depend on it so much.

I LOVE ramen. Instant or not. The cons with instant noodles is that it contains an ungodly amount of sodium. Sodium causes water retention and bloating.... and some other unhealthy benefits that will catch up to you if you consume a lot of it. Too bad it doesn't stop me from eating it. Anyways, this particular noodles taste really good. I don't eat it everyday, I wish I can but the calories are too high and I don't like being bloated. I always eat the chicken flavor. It taste way better than the other flavors that it has. It's not so salty compared to the beef flavor. I don't suggest drinking the soup because that's where almost all the sodium comes from. It comes with a little bit of veggies and a small packet of flavor enhancer. Although I don't suggest eating it, but if you're a big instant noodle fan like me, give this a shot, but eat with moderation.

If you don't end up drinking the soup, make sure to throw it out right away. The aroma is strong, stronger than you incense!
