Nissin Souper Meal Chicken with Vegetable Medley

Nissin Souper Meal Chicken
w/Vegetable Medley
Price: less than $1.00
Calories: 580 calories

I LOVE ramen. Instant or not. The cons with instant noodles is that it contains an ungodly amount of sodium. Sodium causes water retention and bloating.... and some other unhealthy benefits that will catch up to you if you consume a lot of it. Too bad it doesn't stop me from eating it. Anyways, this particular noodles taste really good. I don't eat it everyday, I wish I can but the calories are too high and I don't like being bloated. I always eat the chicken flavor. It taste way better than the other flavors that it has. It's not so salty compared to the beef flavor. I don't suggest drinking the soup because that's where almost all the sodium comes from. It comes with a little bit of veggies and a small packet of flavor enhancer. Although I don't suggest eating it, but if you're a big instant noodle fan like me, give this a shot, but eat with moderation.

If you don't end up drinking the soup, make sure to throw it out right away. The aroma is strong, stronger than you incense!

Green Tea

Green Tea
Price: Varies by Brand
Calories: 0-5 Calories
Type: Tea Bags or Loose Tea

I've recently became a big green tea drinker. Almost every time I eat something sweet, I always have green tea with it. Green tea does have natural caffeine so if caffeine makes you hyper, drink it only in the morning. It has a bitter crisp light taste. I think it's more of a acquired taste. You like it or you don't. In my case, I love it. I like it unsweetened and all natural.

Green tea is not a magic potion that will sky rocket your metabolism. Maybe it does help a little considering that there are studies that had some credible proofs. There are health benefits to it such as reducing the chances of breast cancer. So I say, Drink to Your Health!

Taiyaki (Red Bean Fish Shaped Bread)

Taiyaki
Price: $3.75
Brand: Assi Brand Red Bean Bread
Calories: 110 calories
Type: Frozen Food
Overall Taste: 8/10

I'm going to be honest, I'm not a big red bean eater. For the longest time, I couldn't even stomach it. I didn't like the texture and I just don't like any type of beans (except for green beans). I went to a local small asian market one day cause I was bored. In the freezer, this actually caught my eyes. I always see Taiyaki very often when I use to watch anime. Since I was very curious to what it would taste like, I ended up buying it. It was cheap and it came in a pack of 5. When I got back to the dorms, I heated this up for two minutes in the microwave like what the directions had said. I let it cool for about minute or two. When it was finally ready to eat, I finally took the first bite. The first bite wasn't so great, but after finishing it, I couldn't help but want some more. It tasted good. I was just bias about beans. After giving this a chance, I think I'll be trying out more of red bean dishes from now on.

I eat this for breakfast everyday when I have it available. I usually eat with cold green tea if I'm eating it at work . If I'm not at work, I eat it with hot green tea. Green tea really compliments the flavor.

I couldn't resist buying these shoes. It was very cute and it may match up with some of my outfits. Luckily they had my size. Usually I wear a size 5, 5.5, or 6. I bought this as a size 6. I think it's great for cold weathers. It's okay for warmer weather too. It has this fluffy soft fabric inside the shoe to warm up your feet. The heel isn't so high which is great since I can't walk correctly with high heels to save my life.

dELiA*s Reese Boot Cut Jeans

Price: 44.50+tax
Cut: Low-Rise Boot Jeans
Quality: Normal to Highish
Stretches: Yes

dELiA*s Reese Jeans. I am very picky when it comes to jeans. I'm a short person so it's hard for me to find jeans that actually fits and doesn't drag. One thing I like about dELiA*s jeans is that it's true to the measurement. So anyways, about the jeans. I usually wear boot cut jeans and occasionally straight or skinny. At dELiA*s, I ended up buying the Reese Jeans aka boot cut jeans. The jeans was a perfect fit. I bought two pairs of the same style. One in short and the other in petite. Short for when I'm wearing sneakers and petite when I'm wearing flats. Short and petite refers to the length of the jeans. The great thing about these jeans is that it stretches. I'm a little bit on the heavy side(chubby but not overweight) especially on my butt and thigh area. It didn't feel constricting one bit, it was very easy to move around. I love these jeans but the thing I hate about it is the back pockets. It tends to make my butt a little bigger...

dELiA*s usually have specials like "try on a pair of jeans, get $10 certificate" or "buy one get one half off". I'm a cheap person, so I try to get whatever special discount I can get.

Eucerin Aquaphor Healing Ointment Advanced Therapy

Texture: Thick Gel
Scent: Smells Like Nothing
It's Purpose:Healing Ointment(clinically proven to restore smooth, healthy skin)
Cost: $5-$10

I mainly use this as a lip balm. I must say, this is the only "lip balm" that truly hydrated my usually cracked dry lips. It makes it supple and soft.

Other than lips, it really does protect my skin from drying out during the cold weather. It does make the face greasy just like the Eucerin Original Moisturizing Creme, but instead of using it all over the face, I only apply it on the part that burns or itches because of irritation to calm it.

Eucerin Original Moisturizing Creme

Texture: Very Thick Cream
Scent: Fragrance Free(sort of reminds me of medicine smell)
It's Purpose:Moisturize (clinically proven effective for very dry, sensitive skin).
Cost: $13-17

What I use it for:

Face: When my face is unbelievably dry, I use this. It helps my dry irritated skin go back to normal within 24-48hrs. It's very safe to use on the face. It does not clog pores or causes breakouts. The only problem I have with it is that it's very thick. I know that Eucerin came out with a thinner formula, but this is the one that I bought so I'm stuck with it. It's a great product and when(or if ever considering it's huge) I use it all up, I'm probably going to buy it again. I forgot to mention, when applying to the face, it tends to be "greasy". Other than that, it's perfect for very dry irritated skin. I only use it on my face when it's dry(very flaky) and irritated. Usually(0nce again) during weather changes.

Foot: I'm a runner. I run for about 25-30min nonstop. Running results to blisters and "loose" skin on my foot. Probably the cause of my shoes... Anyways, one night, I noticed that my skin was loose on my foot. When I say loose, I mean when it looks all wrinkled. Think of an old person with wrinkled skin. That's similar to what my foot had looked like. I applied this before going to bed. The next morning, patches of my dried out blister was almost unnoticeable and my foot had regained it's elasticity.
